Are you ready to show up, give your all, be more, to be enough?

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? (Mary Oliver)

There are many different reasons people come to coaching. Some of my clients have goals about bringing dreams into being, others dream of being more and creating new dreams. Most are searching for the courage to be more brave as they face their future.

My clients sometimes want to be more authentic, maybe wanting deeper reflection and inner growth. We may work towards building their self-confidence and their ability to step up in life. We can work towards creating more helpful and sustaining habits or figuring out the “big why” behind the work they want to do. Often it’s about showing up more fully, bringing their inner thoughts and strengths to the table, having the courage to own their talents, to be aware of their weakness or their doubts and still take those steps into the arena of their life.

Other clients want to create something new, maybe launch a business or plan their career. In terms of practical skills sometimes it’s about building a business, improving time management or even how to present themselves more effectively in meetings or interviews. We can certainly work towards very practical goals and develop specific skills to make these dreams happen.

The majority of my one-to-one coaching is delivered through phone or Skype calls.

Alongside my very practical coach training I’ve trained as a master practitioner in NLP, a cognitive behavioural confidence coach and in the neuroscience of coaching. Because I believe that each and every one of us has the potential to be more, I am committed to growth and empowerment, for me and for you.

Our coaching relationship will usually begin with an introductory conversation to clarify your goals and to establish the scope of your dreams. We will discuss  the number of sessions that might be helpful… not because I have any intention to enrol you in a programme for a second longer than you wish to be there but so that you can have a realistic expectation of what your commitment might be.

Many clients engage in a very simple contract paying per session. Others will book a flexible series of sessions at dates and times to mutual agreement.
